Studio Policies

EXPIRATION: Session and class packages expire 1-year from the date of purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS: Sessions may be cancelled online without penalty by cancelling at least 24-hours prior to the start of a private or semi-private session. This means if your session is at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, you must officially cancel your session no later than 10 a.m. Tuesday. We understand things come up, but to keep the business thriving we have a cancellation policy that is strictly enforced. In the event you need to cancel a private or semi-private session more than 24 hours in advance, You can cancel on our website or through the Walla app. If it’s a late cancel, call the studio at 424-835-2810 or email at [email protected] For group classes, you can cancel online up to 12-hours prior to the start time. If class begins at 10 a.m., you must cancel no later than 10 p.m. the night before.

In the event of an emergency, Phoenix Classical Pilates reserves the right to move Client’s session/class to another instructor, a mutually agreeable time, or to cancel it outright. In this rare instance, you will not be charged for the changed session/class, and you session will be promptly rescheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS: You are expected to arrive to your session and/or class on-time and ready to begin your workout. Accordingly, if You arrive late to your scheduled session or class, it is within the discretion of the instructor whether to proceed with the session or allow You to enter class. However, if You are more than 15 minutes late to a group class, You will not be admitted to class and Your tardiness will be considered a “no-show,” forfeiting your class credit.

CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP BY CLIENT You may cancel your monthly group class membership at any time. You must provide Phoenix Classical Pilates with written notice via electronic mail to [email protected] or a letter mailed first-class (to the address above) of Your intent to cancel, no less than seven (7) days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your next billing payment. The cancellation will take affect the subsequent month. For example, if Your billing payment is due the first day of the month, you must provide written notice no later than seven (7) business days prior to that date. If, at the time of receipt of your cancellation notice, You have outstanding payments owed to Phoenix Classical Pilates, these payments must be made in full in order for your group class membership to be considered cancelled.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE: Clients must keep a credit card on file in their Walla account online. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder gives permission to the Phoenix Classical Pilates staff to charge the card for any session, auto-debit membership and/or cancellation fees (if applicable) accrued in accordance with the Phoenix Classical Pilates cancellation policy detailed above.

NO GUESTS OR PETS: In consideration of their safety, and the health and safety of all clients, no non-participating visitors or children will be allowed inside the studio. As it is violative of local, state, and federal health codes and law, pets are not allowed in the studio either.

NO CELL PHONE POLICY: During all sessions cell phones should be on silent and stored away from the workout area. If You anticipate needing to receive or make a call, please notify the instructor at the start of your session/class.
