Still coming up for air after Seminar #3 with the Vertical Workshop!! ✨🙌🏻❤️ We dug deeper into the intermediate system with extra apparatus like the Barrels, Magic Circles and Chairs. We worked on the instrinsic actions happening in the body, like what’s going on with your lower abdominals and lumbar spine and pelvis as you move. Really fascinating stuff!

Happy Earth Day! Did you know Phoenix Classical Pilates is a Certified Green business? Yes! The Earth is pretty important to us at Phoenix. Just being one of our clients is doing something positive for the environment. That’s why we do little things that make a big difference!

We commit to:
- Zero plastic in the studio. We use glass glasses and filtered water.
- No paper towels, all cloth rags for cleaning. We recycle anything left so as little as possible ends up in landfills
- No toxic chemicals. Our cleaning products are certified by Green Seal from Force of Nature - tough on germs but easy on the environment (and equipment)
- I encourage using public transit, cycling or walking to clients and teachers to reduce the use of fossil fuels

A classical Pilates business is a green business by nature because the equipment we use - @Gratz is the most sustainable. It’s so well made, it will last a lifetime. Anyone who has a Gratz or Pilates Designs studio won’t be dumping any of this long-lasting equipment in a landfill!

We’re five months out from the France retreat an

We’re five months out from the France retreat and I’m having nostalgia from our last Mexico retreat! We had such a great group in Sayulita and the France week is shaping up to be another awesome group.

I’m getting so excited to get to France and live the good life ☺️ We’ll meet in Paris on September 21st for the first couple days to acclimate to the time. Then we’ll continue on to the chateau on September 23rd. We have so many cool activities in store for you guys over the next five days - Pilates, of course, but also daily walks, creative outlets of writing and drawing, sumptuous meals, community, conversations and rest. The week in France will be the reset we will all need to finish 2024 strong.
