REAL PILATES

Owners Hector Mercado & Molly Niles Renshaw are committed to teaching the same exercises, in the same order that Joseph Pilates taught on equipment closest to the original Pilates design, Gratz.

Hector is a former principal dancer with the Ailey Company. He has been teaching Pilates for twenty five years with the focused eye of a dancer.

Molly has been changing bodies with Pilates since 1999. She is classically trained with a penchant for correct biomechanics.
