​​Cathy completed her 600 hour Comprehensive Training through Power Pilates in 2013. She focuses on improving strength, stability and flexibility in each session and uses her sense of humor to keep the session fun!

Cathy grew up playing tennis and found Pilates to be the perfect conditioning program off the court. She wholeheartedly believes in the Pilates promise, “in 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.”
